10 Celebs with the Best Food Names

Kevin Bacon, Keith Lemon and erm… Lionel Rich Tea? There’s nothing we love more than a bunch of cringe-worthy plays on celebs with food names. With the world still going crazy about naming their kids after their favourite fruit and veg, we felt the urge to pair up celebs with their own definitive dishes.

Jenny Eclair

Wacky British comedian, Jenny Eclair is bright, bubbly and just as addictive as these fruity Blackcurrant Éclairs. It’s like they were made for each other.

Keith Lemon

He’s fruity, flashy and is most likely to be found in a bar. Like the Celebrity Juice star, these squidgy, marshmallow-topped Lemon Bars are the ultimate cheeky treat.

Britney Spears

When it comes to cheesy tarts, it doesn’t get any better than Asparagus Spears and Parmigianno Reggiano on Puff Pastry. We bet Ms. Spears would sing Gimme, Gimme (More) Gimme, Gimme (More) to it.

Mr. T

Listen up, fools! Cult icon and everyone’s favourite member of the A-Team, Mr. T is known for his incredibly cool catchphrases. Like Long Island Iced Tea, the real Mr. T probably doesn’t contain any actual tea – maybe just a muddle of gin, vodka, rum, tequila, Cointreau, cola… and the odd gold chain.

Mary Berry

Baking legend and presenter of The Great British Bake Off, Mary Berry reminds us of nothing other than these sophisticated, classic Meringue Nests topped with sweet berries.

Kevin Bacon

Versatile is the word we’d use to describe actor, musician and all-round good guy, Kevin Bacon. Like the Bacon Buttie, he can be dressed up with fancy scallops or toned down with just a dab of sauce.

There’s not much to say about this one except, What You See is What You Get with a Meatloaf.

Annie Mac

Radio 1 DJ Annie Mac’s electro-dance mixes are the ultimate way to kick-start your weekend. And what better way to satisfy two cravings at once than with a mash up of Mac and Cheese goodness?

Allesandra Ambrosio

Quite possibly the most tenuous of links but this glam lingerie model has got to be the most dressed up, rose petal-topped version of everyone’s favourite brand of rice pudding.

Alan Partridge

Well, this is embarrassing. We don’t actually have any partridge recipes to dish up but we really wanted to include funnyman Steve Coogan’s cringe-inducing character in this list. Sorry about that. But here’s some lip-licking Fried Chicken to make up for it.
