22 Things You Shouldn’t Reheat in the Microwave

Pizza

Like the humble microwave, cold pizza has a time and a place, too. We know people whose hearts fill with pure joy the moment they open the fridge and discover a box of leftover pizza just so they can devour it cold. However, unless it’s 3am and you’ve had a particularly heavy night, hot pizza is the way to go.

The smartest way to reheat pizza is not in the microwave, but in a pan frying pan!

How to reheat pizza the right way: Take a frying pan (one that has a lid), melt a little knob of butter and place your pizza slice or slices in the pan.

Allow to cook on a medium heat for 30 seconds or so, then place the lid on top for another 30 seconds. Not only will you be rewarded with a crispy base, your cheese will once again be gooey, melty and delicious.
