Kirill Runkov represented Russia at the World Class Bartender of the Year final, 2013.
- 60ml duck fat washed Johnnie Walker Blue Label
- 15ml fig confit
- Bitter Truth chocolate mole bitters
- Mozart chocolate bitters
- Guinness tempura fried fig to garnish
Add ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a vintage pewter cup. Garnish with the Guinness tempura.
