Baking Bothers: Coating Cake Pops

Q. How do I stop my cake pop balls falling off the sticks when I dip and coat them in melted chocolate?

Juliet Sear says: It’s a good idea if you use a little melted white chocolate to help your fudgy cake balls stay on their sticks!

Dip the cake pop stick in the chocolate a couple of centimeters deep, then chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

This will help you in your quest for cake pop perfection and save on a lot of frustration and cake casualties!
