Italian Burger with Caramelised Onions
Fresh herbs transform this burger into a gourmet delight.
- 500g lean minced beef
- 1 egg
- 1 pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 4 Ciabatta rolls
- 70g rocket leaves
- 4 dollops Hellmann’s Caramelised Onion Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
Chop the herbs and pepper and mix with the meat and the egg in a large bowl. Divide into 4 balls and flatten with the palm of your hand.
Grill the burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serve the burgers in toasted Ciabatta rolls with a spoonful of the caramelised onion mayonnaise and garnish with rocket leaves.
