Brussels Sprouts with Smoked Ham and Pine Nuts
Smoky, salty ham and crunchy nuts bring out the best of the brussels.

- 200g brussels sprouts, finely sliced on a Japanese mandolin
- 50g toasted pine nuts
- 100g smoked ham, cut into lardons
- 1 garlic clove
- Olive oil
Drizzle a little olive oil into a pan and heat. Add the brussel sprouts, the crushed garlic and cook for one minute. Add the ham and pinenuts and cook for one min. Season and serve.
