Triple Berry Banana Yoghurt Smoothie
- 8 ounces frozen mixed berries
- 2 small bananas, peeled, cut into 2-inch pieces, and frozen
- 6 ounces vanilla yoghurt, preferably whole milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
Add all ingredients to blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
