Cranberry Ginger Sour
- 35ml Highland Earl Scotch Whisky
- 10ml fresh lime juice, approximately ½ lime
- 100ml Del Rivo Cranberry Juice
- 5g fresh ginger
- Ice cubes
Peel and grate the ginger.
Mix all the ingredients together, pour into a tall glass filled with ice and decorate with a slice of lime.
