- 4 shots espresso (or 300ml regular coffee)
- 220ml double cream
- 220ml chocolate liqueur
- Whipped cream, recipe follows
- Cocoa powder, for sprinkling
- For the whipped cream
- 225ml double cream, chilled
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
For the whipped cream, using an electric mixer, whip the cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla and the sugar and continue to beat until it reaches the consistency of whipped cream.
