Minted hot chocolate
- 1L milk (skimmed, semi-skimmed or whole)
- 170g dark or milk chocolate, chopped
- 180ml peppermint schnapps
- Whipped cream, optional
2) When the chocolate has melted, increase the heat to medium and add the remainder of the milk while whisking rapidly. Do not allow to boil.
3) Add 30ml of peppermint schnapps to each of six mugs. Pour the hot chocolate mixture into the mugs and top with whipped cream (if desired).
