1. You will need a bag of chocolate malt balls, gauge 24 cake wire and an iced cupcake.
2. Cut the cake wire to 4 inches and pierce each chocolate ball halfway. Repeat 5 to 7 times.
3. Hold the wires and arrange like a bouquet on your cupcake, some high and some low. Secure with floral tape.
Tip Always go for an odd number when displaying food, it is more appealing.
