You might be in two minds as to whether or not 'leftover chocolate' is possible, but Easter is a funny time. A rare phenomenon occurs where we go mental and buy every BOGOF Easter egg at the shop, tempted by the bright colours and smiling chicks and bunnies. As a result, we've got loads of Easter egg chocolate lying around the house, meaning baking is totally on the cards.
If you have no idea what we're talking about but really like chocolate, now is the perfect time to go to the supermarket and nab all the discounted Easter eggs. Melt it down and fold it into brownie batter, chop it up for choc-chip cookies or do both. We're not short of ideas around here so take a look and whip up whatever takes your fancy.
