1. Make perfect brownies with cheeky layers of chocolate chunks

To make the fudgiest, most intensely-delicious brownies, increase the temperature of the oven and bake the brownies for a shorter time. Another way to add extra richness is to layer brownie batter and chocolate chunks in the pan. As it cooks, the chocolate melts and prevents the brownie batter from overbaking.
