- 200g dried cranberries
- Zest of one orange
- 200g dark chocolate chips
- 100g brown sugar
- 2 sheets shop-bought puff pastry
Unfold the pastry, sprinkle with sugar and roll to press sugar into pastry. Cover with other fillings.
Fold the two long sides into the middle then fold in half again, slice into 1cm thick slices then place on a non-stick baking tray. Bake at 220°C for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
