- 397g tin condensed milk
- 325g icing sugar
- 325g desiccated coconut
1. With a wooden spoon mix together the condensed milk, icing sugar and coconut.
2. Take out half the mixture and push the mixture into a square tin greased and lined with clingfilm. Then grease again with your hands.
3. Add a few drops of pink food colouring to the other half of the mix and push that mixture down on top of the white mix.
4. Cover and leave to set, preferably overnight and cut into squares.
