Tropical Fizz Cocktail
- 1 cube of spiced caramelised pineapple chunks
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 shot aged rum
- 1 tbsp mango liqueur
- Juice of ½ a lime
1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle down the pineapple chunks.
2. Add all the other ingredients, fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3. Pour into glass.
