Top 5 Foods That Reduce Panda Eyes

Combat tired, puffy eyes with these all-natural ingredients which put a healthy glow back into your skin. They’re gentle enough to use a couple of times a week and so much cheaper than expensive creams.

1. Potatoes

Raw potatoes contain very gentle, natural bleaching agents which can reduce dark shadows under your eyes. Simply grate a chilled raw potato, squeeze out the juice and use it to soak two cotton wool pads. Squeeze out any excess and place each cotton pad over your eyes for 15 minutes. Remove and rinse with warm water. You can do this up to three times a week.

Rich in vitamin E, almond oil is a great way to lighten under eye circles and hydrate that delicate area.
