Reza, Spice Prince Of India

Reza discovers the sweet treats of Rajasthan that are eaten before, with and after their meals. He heads to a famous family-run sweet shop and he watches one of Jodhpur’s most famous treats being made at a sweet factory. At the Umaid Bhawan Palace, Reza tries one of the maharaja’s favourite desserts, before creating his own recipes – Rich Rice Pudding, Sweet Vermicelli and a Lassi.
