Adam's cross-country culinary quest brings him to Albuquerque, New Mexico, where roasted green chiles are the condiment of choice on everything. Adam's first stop is the Frontier Restaurant, serving one of the best green-chile cheeseburgers in town for over 40 years. Then it's off to Sadie's for a taste of authentic New Mexican cuisine: the gigantic meat-and-veggie-stuffed frybread known as The World's Biggest Sopaipilla. And finally, Adam recruits some of the hungriest locals named Travis to take on the legendary "Travis on a Silver Platter" challenge at Grandma's K & I Diner.
