Adam Richman's tasty travels have brought him to the Florida Keys; an archipelago at the southern most tip of the continental United States. The Florida Keys is the fishing capital of the world-- with species ranging from Tarpon and Grouper to sharks and Barracudas, but the local favorite is Hogfish! Adam heads over to the Hogfish Bar & Grill to taste this truly local catch served up in a sandwich dubbed 'The Killer Hogfish.' Next, it's off to the Blue Heaven restaurant for a slice of the biggest and best slice of Key Lime Pie in Key West. Vanilla Ice, a Florida resident, surprises Adam at Blue Heaven and explains why the Florida Keys is home to the best Key Lime Pie. Then it's challenge time as Adam heads to the Key Largo Conch House to guide one of Florida's own through the Conch Republic Fritter Contest: eat the most Conch fritters in 15 minutes and be crowned the king or queen of the Conch. Adam recruits underdog competitor Cassie Glenn, a petit University of Miami sorority member just five-feet-tall. Florida Keys - yes please.
