Adam's all-American eats lands him in Louisville, Kentucky; home to bluegrass, bourbon and the Kentucky Derby! Adam starts off at the legendary Brown Hotel to try a taste of the original Hot Brown: an open-faced sandwich of turkey and bacon, covered in Mornay sauce. Next, Adam makes a stop at the eccentric Lynn's Paradise cafe to dig into the Quadruple B French Toast (blackberries, black walnut, buttermilk and bourbon). And finally, Adam lands at The Comfy Cow to guide Man V. Food Nation member Joe Nikolai, aka "Burrito Joe," through the Comfy Cow Challenge: 15 heaping scoops of ice cream plus toppings!
