Andy’s USA Street food road trip has brought him to New York, where he meets up with Central Park’s firm family favourite, Waffles and Dinges. Blown away by Rosanna’s Belgian Spekuloos waffles Andy makes a Honey and vanilla Cheesecake with a Spekuloos biscuit base. In Brooklyn Andy is shown how to make a Latin American favourite the Pupusa by current ‘Vendy’ champion ‘Solbar Pupusa’ and then meets-up with Yassir Raouli, founder of the ‘Bistro Truck’ making and selling fantastic Moroccan cuisine on the streets of Manhattan. Inspired by the incredible use of Lamb with classic Morrocan spices Andy rustles up a Morrocan Lamb Nicoise Salad.
