Toasted marshmallows and chocolate sandwiched between two biscuits.
- 4 large marshmallows
- 1 bar chocolate (Matt uses Hershey's milk chocolate)
- 8 digestive biscuits/rich tea biscuits
Skewer the marshmallows on kebab sticks (if you're using wooden skewers, make sure they've been soaked in water overnight). Toast the marshmallows and sandwich between two biscuits, along with a piece of chocolate.
