Brown sugar bacon
- 100g brown sugar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 125g streaky bacon
2) In a large plastic sealable bag, combine brown sugar and mustard. Add bacon and toss to coat.
3) Line a baking tray with aluminum foil or baking paper. Place a cooling rack on the lined baking tray. Put bacon on rack and roast in oven for 20 minutes.
4) Let drain for a few minutes on the rack and serve.
