Creamed green chilli rice

- 260g rice, cooked
- 350ml double cream reduced by half
- 2 poblanos, roasted, skins removed, and chopped
- 3 spring onions, sliced
- 10g freshly chopped coriander leaves
1) In a medium serving bowl add the rice, reduced cream and the poblanos. Garnish with spring onions and coriander and serve.
