- 3 tbsps vegetable oil
- 900g beef mince
- 1/4 tbsp salt
- 285g carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 85g tinned chipotle peppers, diced
2) Add the salt and carrots and cook another 5 minutes, then add the onion and cook until the onions turn translucent. Add the tomatoes and chipotle peppers and cook for another 20-25 minutes.
