Decorate this fruity martini with edible flowers for a simple floral finish.
- 80ml fresh squeezed Mandarin orange juice, or tangerine juice
- 30ml orange liquor
- 60ml vodka
Place peeled Mandarins or tangerines through a centrifugal juice extractor attached to your food processor to make fresh juice.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, pour in the juice, liquor and vodka and shake well until chilled. Serve in a large martini glass. Float one or two edible flowers in drink for garnish.
