- 1 mash recipe (see Homely ocean pie recipe)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 100ml double cream
- 400ml fish stock
- 100ml white wine
- 6 button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 20g unsalted butter
- For the fish sauce
- 8 king prawns, peeled, tails left on
- 8 large fresh mussels
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 100g frozen peas
- 400g mixed salmon, cod and smoked haddock, cut into chunks
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the mash is golden brown and the mussels have opened.
