This cucumber-packed raita will cool down any spicy dish.
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 350ml Greek yoghurt
- 1/4 a bunch mint, leaves picked and finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, roasted and ground to a powder
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt, to season
Once the cucumber has been grated, squeeze it to remove as much liquid as possible. Place into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
Season with salt to taste, mix well and serve immediately.
