- 500g minced beef
- 2 to 3 tbsps all-purpose flour
- 1 tin French onion soup
- American mustard
- White or whole-wheat bread or buns
- 1 medium onion, cut into rings
1) Brown minced beef and drain. Sprinkle in the flour. Add onion soup, stir and cook until meat mixture is thickened and most of the liquid is absorbed.
2) Spread mustard and mayonnaise, to taste, on bread. Spoon the minced beef mixture onto bread and top with onion.
3) Serve immediately.
