Baked Cinnamon and Apple Tortillas
- 4 apples, skin off, cored and in cubes
- 50g cranberries
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 40g granulated sugar
- 8 Old El Paso™ Super Soft Flour Tortillas
- 1 tub Häagen-Dazs™ Dairy Vanilla Ice Cream
- Caramel sauce
Heat oven to 200⁰C (180⁰C for fan assisted ovens), gas mark 6.
Toss the apples with the cranberries, cinnamon and sugar until evenly coated.
Put the apple mixture in an oven dish and place in the oven for 20 minutes and the apples have softened.
Once the apple is done, grill the tortillas one by one for 30 seconds on each side in a non-stick frying pan.
Place some apple mix on each of the tortillas.
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the apples and drizzle with caramel sauce.
