Steamed Jasmine Rice
- 2 cups jasmine rice, rinsed and drained
- 3 cups water
1. Place rice and water in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to the boil, cover with a lid, reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes. Remove lid and stir with a fork. Replace lid and cook for a further 7 minutes. Turn heat off and let rice stand, covered for 5 minutes.
2. Use a fork to fluff up rice and serve.
