Mystic Pizza Tomato Sauce

- 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 heaped teaspoon freshly chopped basil
- 1 heaped teaspoon freshly chopped mint
- 1/2 dessertspoon freshly chopped oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan over a medium heat.
Bring to the boil and continue to cook and reduce until the mixture thickens to a pizza sauce consistency.
Use on top of fresh pasta or pizza, or with meat dishes of your choice.
