- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets and steamed
- 450 g chicken broth, or more for thinning
- 115 ml double cream
- Salt and pepper
1) Place steamed broccoli in a blender and blend until pureed.
2) Transfer puree to a pot and add chicken broth and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
