Achaari Paneer Stir Fry
The soft cheese and crunchy peppers pair with the flavours of Indian 5 spices.
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or rapeseed oil
- 160g paneer, cut into finger size pieces
- 170g of mixed vegetables: 1/2 red onion sliced, 1/4 green pepper, 1/4 red pepper, 1/4 yellow pepper, cut into long, thin strips
- 1 Patak’s Punjabi 5 Spice Indian Stir Fry sachet
Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok. Fry the paneer for a few minutes or until light golden brown.
Add the red onion, green, yellow and red peppers and toss for 2 minutes. Stir in the Patak’s Punjabi 5 Spice Indian Stir Fry sachet and fry for 2-3 minutes.>
Serve hot with either basmati rice, or naan and a green salad.
