Goan Hot & Sour Prawn Stir Fry
The fresh, zingy spices in this Goan Hot and Sour sauce perfectly with prawns.
- 140g prawns
- 170g vegetables: onions and green peppers
- 1 Patak’s Goan Hot & Sour Indian Stir Fry sachet
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Heat the oil on a pan or a wok and add the prawns until seared.
Add the vegetables and toss for 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in the sauce and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finish with some chopped red chillies and fresh coriander. You can enjoy it on its own or with some rice.
