Tuna Pasta Salad
- 4oz raw pasta
- 1/2 red, green, and yellow pepper
- 1 oz chopped parsley
- 1 x 185g tin of tuna
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Tabasco® Brand Sauce either Tabasco® Brand Jalapeño Sauce for a mild taste or Tabasco® Brand Red Pepper Sauce for a spicy kick
Cook past for 5 minutes in salted boiling water and cool under cold water.
Dice the peppers.
Combine mayonnaise and your chosen Tabasco® Sauce with chopped parsley.
Drain the oil from the tuna and mix with the sauce and the pasta before serving.Recipe courtesy of Tabasco®
