Light Banoffee Pots
- 100g light digestive biscuits
- 200g Carnation Caramel
- 2 large bananas
- 5 tbsp whipping cream
- 170g tub 2% fat Greek yogurt
- Chocolate curls or shavings, to decorate
Crumble the biscuits and divide between 6 glasses.
Spoon the caramel over the biscuits.
Top each with banana slices. Whip the cream and then fold into the Greek yogurt, finish the pots with a blob of the creamy mixture and top with chocolate shavings.
