Lowfat green tea, honey and nutmeg smoothies
- 120ml lowfat vanilla frozen yoghurt
- 60ml chilled triple-strength green tea
- 1 tbsp honey, plus more for garnish
- 200g ice
- Dash ground nutmeg
- Dash ground cinnamon
1) Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into individual glasses and drizzle honey on top of each milkshake to finish.
2) Serve immediately.
