Ingredients

  • 1 bottle chilled Prosecco
  • 15ml Cointreau
  • 15ml dry gin
  • 45ml chilled orange juice
  • 30ml chilled pineapple juice
  • 15ml chilled grapefruit juice

  • For the garnish:

  • 1 whole strawberry

Method

How to make A rainbow of love cocktail

1) Chill a long fluted champagne glass for a few hours in the refrigerator before preparing.

2) When ready to serve, remove the glass from the refrigerator and pour in juices, gin and a touch of Cointreau. Fill the rest of the glass with Prosecco. Gently stir.

3) Serve with a strawberry garnish.
