Ingredients

  • For the baked stuffed apples:

  • 2 roasted red peppers, drained
  • 225g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 clove garlic, cracked from skin
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 2 medium courgettes, washed

How to make A stuffed picnic

1) Preheat oven to 210C/Gas 7.
