Ingredients

  • 1.8L vanilla gelato or ice cream
  • 375ml espresso, chilled
  • 175ml amaretto
  • 500ml cream soda, chilled

Method

How to make Amaretto Float

1) Place 2 scoops of gelato or ice cream in each of 6 fountain glasses.

2) Pour 60ml of espresso and 2 tablespoons of amaretto over each.

3) Fill the glasses with the cream soda and serve immediately with a straw and long fountain spoons.
