Ingredients

  • 450g thawed filo pastry

How to make Apple baklava

1) On a baking tray lined with baking parchment, lay down 1 sheet of filo and brush with Technique: Using Butter You could replace butter with Stork margarine. 3) Mix sugar, honey, water and lemon and bring to simmer. Remove lemon rind and pour over baklava. Let soak overnight, cut into squares and serve.
