3) Stir in 15g butter until melted, remove from heat and transfer apple mixture to a 23cm glass pie plate.
4) Place bread in food processor and process until crumbs are formed, about 15 secs.
5) Melt remaining 15g butter in microwave for 20 secs. Toss crumbs with melted butter, walnuts, remaining 30g brown sugar and remaining half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Scatter crumb mixture on top of apples and bake for 30 mins, until topping is crisped and lightly browned.
