Ingredients
- Fresh pineapple
- Ice
- 50ml melon liqueur
- 50ml tequila
- 125ml pineapple juice
- 125ml lemon line soda
- 30ml grenadine
- Lime, cherry, pineapple wedge, for garnish
- Special equipment: pineapple core extractor
Method
How to make Baja pineapple grenade
1) With the pineapple core extractor, remove the core of the pineapple.
2) Fill the pineapple with ice, add the melon liqueur, tequila, pineapple juice, lemon lime soda and grenadine.
3) Stir and garnish with the lime, cherry, pineapple wedge and a small paper cocktail umbrella.
