  • 700ml water
  • 170ml agave syrup, plus 115ml extra, or as needed
  • 1 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 225ml freshly squeezed lime juice (about 8 limes)
  • Ice

Method

How to make Baja-style limeade

In a medium saucepan bring 225ml of water, 170ml agave syrup and rosemary to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove the pan from the heat and cool for tne minutes. Strain the mixture into a pitcher. Add the lime juice and remaining 450ml water. Stir and sweeten, to taste, with agave syrup. Serve in glasses filled with ice.
