Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Remove the lid from the Camembert and place it onto a baking tray. Using a sharp knife pierce numerous holes into the cheese and press the garlic and herbs into the holes. Drizzle with a little olive oil and lightly season.
Place the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and gooey.
Great served with some lightly toasted bread for dipping into the cheese.
