  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.25 cup onions
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 cup tomato ketchup
  • 0.50 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 10 count biscuit
  • 0.25 cup cheddar cheese

Method

How to make Barbecue Muffins

  • Brown beef and drain.
  • Add allingredients to beef except for biscuits, and shredded cheese.
  • Let mixture simmer while preparing biscuits.
  • Flatten each biscuit into a disc.
  • Place biscuits in greased muffin pan.
  • Add a spoonful of beef mixture to each biscuit.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
