Barbecued red onions
Ingredients
- 2 red onions, peeled and sliced 1-cm thick
- Olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
How to make Barbecued red onions
1) Preheat a barbecue or a griddle pan.
2) Lightly brush the onion slices with olive oil. Place on the barbecue and cook about 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and chop into bite-sized pieces or serve whole.
