1) Preheat the oven to 165C/Gas 3. In large bowl, mix the steak sauce, beef, garlic, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, eggs and steak seasoning until well mixed. Add bread crumbs and mix until incorporated.
2) Place the mixture in a 20cm by 30cm casserole dish and shape into a loaf. Add water to the pan to come 0.5cm up the meat loaf.
3) Bake for 50 minutes or until just cooked through. Serve hot.
